=====================================================================
II. Contents
=====================================================================
Only a portion of the files required to install Intellifont-for-Windows
3.0 are included here. Once all of the files have been unarchived,
they will occupy two high density diskettes. The entire Intellifont-
for-Windows 3.0 program is contained in the following four files:
L3WIN3.ZIP - LJIII printer driver for Windows 3.0
IFW1.ZIP - Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 Part 1
IFW2.ZIP - Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 Part 2
IFW3.ZIP - Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 Part 3
Before you proceed with installation, you must download all four of the
above files and follow the disk preparation instructions below.
The Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 files must be copied to two high
density disks by running the batch file IFWDISK.BAT before the program
can be installed. The program is then installed from the disks created
by IFWDISK.BAT.
=====================================================================
III. Disk Preparation
=====================================================================
The batch file IFWDISK.BAT will create two Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0
program disks. Once these disks have been created, you will install
the progam from these disks.
The Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 installation program expects to find
certain files in a specific directory format on the appropriate
diskette. The batch file IFWDISK.BAT will create the proper
subdirectorys on the diskettes and copy the appropriate files for you
automatically.
Before you begin you will need two blank high density, 5.25" or 3.5"
formatted diskettes.
To create the Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 diskettes:
1) Make a temporary subdirectory on your hard disk (ie C:\TEMP) and
change to that directory.
2) Copy the following archived files to the temporary subdirectory:
L3WIN3.ZIP
IFW1.ZIP
IFW2.ZIP
IFW3.ZIP
3) Unarchive all of the files.
4) Type IFWDISK and press <Enter>. Follow the instructions on the
screen. You will be prompted to put the blank, formatted disks in
Drive A:. The Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 files will automatically
be copied to these disks.
5) Once the Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 disks have been prepared,
follow the installation instructions in the README.TXT file on the
diskette labeled "Intellifont-for-Windows 3.0 Disk 1".
